Tim Dibble
Vice President
Tim has been Vice President of JMI since January 2013. He has also been an adjunct professor of judicial administration at Michigan State University since 2008, specializing in constitutional foundations of courts, caseflow management, information technology, and budgets and finance. He builds on 23 years working in the justice community and has had extensive national and international experience with federal, state and local government. Tim’s management, planning and design approach is embedded in a strong understanding of how the justice community functions and the complex interrelationships between the executive, legislative and judicial branches. Tim has led numerous inter-disciplinary justice projects throughout the world, including in Ukraine, Hong Kong, Hawaii, New Orleans and Maryland in the United States. Tim is a member of the National Association for Court Management and is LEED certified (leadership in energy and environmental design). He has been published on technology, business court best practices, and sustainable practices in courts; and has received an excellence in design award for the Philadelphia Criminal Justice Center. Tim received a Master of Architecture and Urban Planning from Columbia University in 1986 and a Bachelor of Arts in Architecture and French from Washington University in 1981.
