Our Approach

Our approach is driven by our commitment to systemic and sustainable change by making justice systems more fair, more equitable, and more effective. We do this by implementing an outcome driven, and locally focused methodology that includes four distinct phases. They include:

Discovery Phase

During this phase, our team works closely with the impacted system to define the need. The outcome of the discovery phase is a clearly articulated focus area within the larger environment. 

Impact Phase

During this phase, we expand our work to explore how the focus area impacts the greater community. 

Outcome Phase

During this phase, our team defines the intended outcomes of our work and begins to formulate a set of goals. 

Change Phase

During this phase our team defines and begins to implement the strategies and objectives to address the need and achieving the desired outcomes.
